Beginning at the age of eight, Hal Gordon has kept a complete record of over 700 fishing trips visiting at least 200 lakes, rivers, and saltwater destinations. When he turned fifty years old, Hal chronologically organized his fishing trip notes and photographs into a book. Hal has traveled from Alaska to New Zealand, Samoa to Washington DC, and all over the western United States chasing wild fish. Most trips originated from his current hometown of Portland, Oregon.
