Saifa Kata Diaries

This book covers the Saifa kata of Goju karate. Over the years I have recorded detailed notes on this kata in order to best retain material learnt in class. This is the first classical kata of the style and the kata most often associated with the Brown belt level of Goju karate. This book aims to explain and illustrate this classical Goju kata.
