At present there exist a great deal of bewilderment as to how so called African-Americans lead the country in major illnesses all the while accounting for only 12 percent of the nation’s actual population. Contrary to popular belief, enslaved Africans did not arrive to the shores of America as a sick nation. They eventually were conditioned to be such. The result of the mental conditioning has led them down a road of early death, disease, broken homes, incarceration and psychological complacency. This book has been long in the making. I wanted to put together something that could thoroughly edify other Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade descendants regarding the rapid decline in health of the black community. The book’s subtitle speaks directly to persons who are located in the United States of America but these issues are applicable to other countries located in the Americas where so called black people find themselves residing. The concepts may vary in number from place to place but the results are similar in many instances. Urban Kryptonite solely focuses on the nutritional and sociological factors that have quietly contributed to the demise in health of the Moorish People, Hebrew-Israelites, Black Muslims, Five-Percent Nation, Kemet and many other names that are associated with the so called African-Americans.
