Healthcare Fire, Electrical, Life Safety & Security Compendium (2013 Edition)

The Compendium is an extensive compellation of where to find fire, electrical, life safety and security requirements and recommendations for health care facilities. It is organized to make it easy to find the document(s) one needs to find answers to a question. As a compendium, it does not contain requirements or recommendations from documents. The 2013 edition has updated references, and added a new Chapter 11 on the subject of ‘security.’ Readers are cautioned, however, to check with Authorities Having Jurisdictions (e.g., state inspectors, CMS officials) as to the edition in effect for the facility in question.
