In the middle of the global recession of 2008, Edmond Chan decided to quit his job and go and see the world. With a round-the-world ticket and an old back-pack, he travelled through South America, Australia and South-East Asia seeing some of the greatest sights in the world, meeting larger-than-life characters and immersing himself in fascinating and far-flung cultures.
