Ashes to Boonville (Poor Circulation)

I know exactly what you're thinking, and to be honest, I'm in total agreement with you. 'Another book about a middle-aged man trying to prove his masculinity by gadding around the world on a motorcycle?' However, you'll probably find that this low budget adventure is a little more unusual, and a lot more personal, than most. Whatever I told you about Ashes to Boonville would naturally be biased, so I'll let others do the talking for me.....

Aside from being amazingly rude, reading a stranger's diary would probably be quite boring, so I hope that Ashes to Boonville will read more like a novel than a hastily written travel journal. However, this is not a work of fiction and everything within is a recording of actual events that happened on the overland journey between England and California. The fact that I'm here to tell this story is evidence that the journey didn't kill me, but I hope that my avoidance of death doesn't detract from your vicarious enjoyment of this adventure.
