Defiance:: Prophecy

Humans have travelled to the space. First contact was made with the noble Evorans, an advanced species whose technology has saved the Earth from near self-annihilation. 50 years of peace and prosperity between the two races has led to major advances in space travel and planetary defenses. But Earth was still no match for the Federation. Under Federation rule, Earth's defenses were dismantled, and the blue planet brought under strict rule. Those opposing the Federation are hunted down. Those fleeing are cautious. The Federation's great plan to unite the Galaxy under one rule is simple tyranny at best. One small cargo ship, captained by a smuggler and crewed by a handpicked group of misfits, dares to rise up against the oppressive Federation. Using every resource at their disposal, the crew of Defiance will fight for true freedom, and equality among the stars.
