Piano Training, Book 2: Constructing Keyboard Skills

The book, Piano Training, Book 2: Constructing Keyboard Skills, is the book that follows the original Piano Training, Book 1; containing more advanced musical information, exercises and compositions. The age of students may vary from grades 5 or 6 through adulthood. With the exception of the exercises included for technical development, all the compositions are derived from hymns. The writer used a stratified design for this book;layering new musical information, exercises and compositions on previously mastered materials from Book 1. The compositions may used as preludes, offertories, and accompaniments for worship services.
