Era of a Foster Child is a collection of poems about particular events in that child's life. I am speaking from the heart when I tell you about these eventful and traumatic tales. Some of which are not so traumatic, but this story relates to thousands of other foster kids who share the same kind of neglect and abuse as I did. I felt it was time to speak out and tell the world the utter truth of a not so perfect society as many people wish to believe. Let's not leave those who have been touched by the Ministry's curse behind in the dust. Now is the time to breakthrough the barriers created by an ignorant society.
