Assembled in America: A Retrospective: the First 50 Years

This book is about the art and artist Bill Czappa. It includes a history of his childhood influences starting in the 1950's in Culver City California. The book covers his early work and progresses all the way up to the present with often humorous explanations of hoe the work came about and what it means. It also is divided in several sections, work influenced by other artists, political works and of course his humorous works. It ends with several of his short stories. This book is a very good read.
