Holographic Worlds: Galactic Voices and the End of Vertical Society (Volume 1)

This book looks at what humanity has been doing to itself in the name of 'civilization.' But what is 'civilization' if we consistently act violent toward each other and to our environment. The auditor poses the questions to an alien visitor identified as a GE (Galactic Entity) or EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity). The GE telepathically explains why earthling humans are not being allowed to enter the Galactic community until it rethinks the consequnces of hierarchical Vertical Society. X proposes that humans live by an array of delusions all meant to sustain the tyranny of Vertical Culture. The prime problem is our perception that Vertical Civilization is the only kind that can exist, when in fact it constrains and coerces all that we think and do, in contrast to the free and democratic society we claim. X proposes a more creative society. X explains their life-times last 300 to 500 years. What does this do to the concept of Work, Profit, and "Personal Worth" as is already occurring with very modest extensions of life expectancy among humans and what that means to the inherently destructive consequences of Vertical Society. This is the first in a series of conversations in attempts at radically free-thinking in the interest of the safety and well-being on the human spaceship we call Earth.
