One of our unique strengths is we accept and assist individuals that may have less than perfect backgrounds and give them the opportunity to become one of independent agents. They get the second chance to earn alivable wage. In today’s world, it is common for many men and women to have made a mistake which may have resulted in serving time in jail and prison systems. At Lone Wolf, we don’t judge individuals’ by their pasts. Often times these men and women possess solid work ethic and are reliable workers. However, a negative background check prevents them from the much needed second chance. Programs like Lone Wolfare rising in popularity across the United States, but the progress isn’t fast enough--people need jobs now! Ex-offenders can thrive and become productive citizens, andat Lone Wolf we want to give themthe benefit of the doubt. Our newest program includes a correspondence course that men and women can take while still incarcerated. Once they are released, they may attend one of our seminars and become a certified freight agent and guaranteed a job!
