Tree toads to tuxedos

This book is written in conversational style and covers a period of my life when I met and fell in love with my husband, his illness and death, and my raising our four children. It provides a glimpse into life in the rural North Carolina foothills as it was lived in the second half of the twentieth century. All of the stories included in the book really happened. I hope in reading it you experience the full gamut of emotions - joy, love, sadness, ecstasy, and total exasperation - that I experienced while living it. Most of all I hope you find it entertaining.
