The Agea Prophecy

Who are you, really? For sixteen year old Avani Wordsworth it’s simple: a high school junior with a cloud of frizzy hair in love with a guy who loves a girl with boobs bigger than her head, stuck in a small Northern Michigan town where Wal-Mart is an outing and cow tipping is an event. It’s an easy question. Until it isn’t. Strange things start happening: lights at night in the woods, weird dreams, a New Kid in town… Events are beginning to unfold that mimic a prophecy told to a young man, Thomas, living in one of the first colonies of the New World in 1589, Roanoke Island. It is a colony that will become one of the greatest mysteries of all time, vanishing without a trace. So, what does Avani have to do with 1589 Roanoke Island in the year 2010? The answer to that question will take Avani on a journey that will cause her to question the world around her and everything she knows about who she is, where she comes from, and ultimately what she’s made of.
