Scrambling to Breathe: Poetry and Prose Reflecting the Hyperventilation of Life

This book represents the relationship between me and life. It allows me to share my growths, short comings, visions, fears and aspirations. This book has allowed me to also share the lives of those that I have encountered on my journey. It gives a glimpse of a man struggling to understand and make sense of the world around him through similes and metaphors. I am a misunderstood idea, an unexplored concept The essence of my make-up is growth through my mistakes. My decisions are based on raw emotions. I often leap then look and the truth is; most of the time I am too afraid to seek guidance, so I walk in darkness. I am "Scrambling to Breathe."
