About the book This is a collection of poems by a man who has been through a lot. In his own need for transformation he started writing. With his own gritty and raw style he hints at various beliefs and philosophies that helped him make it through various things of his past and the emotions that came with, his examinations, observations, and tribulations. This was basically his therapy for anger, hatred, judgment, obtaining patience, and many other things. Relatively it is written in somewhat of a self-help type of format that briefly describes his idea of change from within.
