The Company Body: Organization Design Model

It was the Power of Observation and Metaphor that enabled Da Vinci to give us an idea of the Airplane. As an airplane is biology inspired but not a living creature, likewise The Company Body is inspired by a natural system, the Human Body, though it is not a copy of it. The main focus of The Company Body model is on the perfectly communicating parts of the Human Body working as a whole towards a shared purpose and management viability in a 'more than the sum of the parts' approach. A full-color book, The Company Body is an organizational structure of ten sub-systems and underlying working principles to be applied to corporate organizations for better systemic collaborative networks and innovation.
