Somewhere off the coast of Norway an American submarine and its crew disappear, all except one man who survived by swimming, with a gunshot wound, a half-mile through the chilly Northern Atlantic to the Norwegian coastline. With the help of locals he is smuggled out of Norway and goes into hiding in Dublin Ireland. Three years go by and the lone survivor one day stumbles upon a member of the supposedly lost crew on a Dublin street and red flags start waving frantically in his mind. They found him! The survivor is the former captain of the submarine and has military knowledge of a highly sensitive nature. He then finds himself in a race against the clock to figure out who is after him and why they want him dead.
