In post World War III America, Micah and his wife, Lauren Hunter, wake up on what seems to be an ordinary morning, but that quickly changes. Blaming religion as the cause of the war, the president has announced all religious practices to be illicit and an act of terrorism. Suddenly finding themselves on the run, Micah and Lauren must fight for survival as they encounter the nightmares outside their home. Paul has lost everything. The president's announcement is only a green light for him as Paul leaves his home to join the purge.
