ITIL 2011 Foundation Course with E-Learning: Accredited course based on official syllabus

ITIL 2011 Foundation is the entry-level qualification of the ITIL Certification Program that demonstrates a candidate's general awareness on the key elements, concepts and terminologies used in the ITIL Service Lifecycle. This self-study kit is the official accredited course that includes: the student workbook, two practice exams and a 30-day unlimited access to the e-learning program. The e-learning program consists of an interactive learning experience, that walks the learner through the seven course units. At the end of each unit, the learner is asked to complete a review. Each review consists of questions very similar to those of the real exam. This revision includes minor corrections and an index.
