A New Look at the Democratic Peace Theory

A brief analysis of the Democratic Peace Theory in regards to the Cuban Missile Crisis and the events following September 11th, 2001. The statistics, data, and facts proven make it much harder to decide on a correct view of Immanuel Kant's original thesis. A good mixture of the people who support this theory as well as the people who disagree with it have found mutual ground in Rummel's Law.
