Join the Spiritual Dots has the potential to transform the way we think and feel, help us open our hearts wider, develop a greater sense of fearlessness, and feed our soul with the fuel needed to assist us in our spiritual evolution. It provides us with the opportunity to create an even more positive experience of life. The collection of 26 poems within the book simply make 'Spiritual Sense', and are based on the premise that we are all on a spiritual path. Many of the verses take us on a journey, with many of them beginning by identifying a particular fear or situation, then serving to challenge current beliefs and ways of thinking, concluding with a suggested solution or alternative more positive approach to the fear. The poems contain an expression of many common, and some very confronting, beliefs and fears. Not only do they demonstrate to us that we are not alone, they give us permission to own these beliefs and accept our true 'perfectly imperfect' selves, whilst suggesting that we can choose to transform them into new beliefs, embrace new perspectives, and ultimately change our reality. Taking responsibility for and accepting ourselves in our entirety is what makes us develop our sense of wholeness, and is the key to truly loving ourselves and finding peace. Some suggested affirmations or power statements have been provided to accompany each poem, giving us a further opportunity to replace any of our current limiting thoughts with more positive and powerful ones on that topic, or prompting the creation of others.
