The Case for Caribbean Reparatory Justice

To mark the launch of this The International Decade for People of African Descent in 2015 this collection of speeches and essays by the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. the Hon. Ralph E. Gonsalves, was compiled under the title “The Case for Caribbean Reparatory Justice”. Dr. Gonsalves is one of the leading voices and proponents in the Caribbean Community’s quest for reparatory justice for slavery and the genocide of native peoples.
