Seven years have passed since vampire Sire Tomas Weston and his Pack went to war against the Crusaders. All involved believe the entire Pack was destroyed. When Cassandra Wheeler learns Tomas, Brandon and Ashlyn survived and are now on a hunt for the remaining Crusaders she eagerly offers her assistance. With the help of Cassandra and a small collection of her friends the vampires set out to accomplish their task. But their travels are not without problems.
