The times we are going through today are experienced by most of us with maximum intensity but at a low frequency, and this rhythm directly affects the quality of life. The years seem increasingly shorter and tend to flow to our disadvantage, and this forces us to think more deeply about the essential and major changes that we are required to make in our daily life. The subtle bodies, gifts that every human being receives when he or she comes to Earth, must be activated and used properly so that each of us can complete our spiritual evolution. Whether we understand it or not, our subtle bodies have been offered to us to build a better life full of love and warmth, individually and/or together with others. This work exposes only specific situations, highlighting means of individual self-assessment, contributing to a better and deeper self-knowledge and developing our capacity to visualize subtle bodies, all with the primary goal of understanding the reason why each of us is here in this world!
