What is it that we believe about Jesus? Who is He? Why do we study the Scriptures? What is it that we hope to find? Who is God the Father? How come He sent us His Son? What does their relationship mean to us? What can we learn from their expressions of love and care towards us who live here on earth? Did Jesus set a good example for us to follow? What can we find in His teachings to help us draw closer to the Lord? Have we asked ourselves some or all of these questions at one point or another? Would looking closer at the life and teaching of our Savior bring us into a deeper and more intimate relationship to our Father in Heaven? Is now a good moment to stop and consider? Could we benefit from seeking to be closer in Spirit and in relation to the Lord? Shall we try? Searching For Christ is a study of the book of Matthew which embraces the opportunity to bring all our questions before the Lord.
