A quest For Relevance is a book about one man's journey through a wilderness of religious options that tend to be divisive rather than inclusive. The author is convinced now that the secret to peace begins with the individual who finds peace. He says,"a man who is at peace with himself is easy to get along with." He has been a serious student of the life of Jesus his entire life. He is convinced that the secret to personal peace is hidden in a commitment to the issues highlighted in Jesus' teachings. He is aware that many of Jesus teachings are also compatible with many of the world's great religions. He says; "It is hard to nail Jesus down. Some folks tried that several centuries back, but He keeps popping up...here and there."
