At age 89, in the process of moving, Beulah Ralph uncovered poems in drawers and boxes, scrapbooks and notepads. Many were written during World War II. These poems express the intensity of life for those at home and at war. They reflect pride in those willing to serve, the trauma of loss, joy of new love, and deepening love in separation.
