Important Information! Effective July 2016, Virginia Board of Pharmacy adopted the MPJE (Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam) which incorporates Federal as well as state-specific law. This book was written for the older exam, the Virginia Federal and State Drug Law Exam (FSDLE). Use this book as part of a complete study strategy other recommended resources include the DEA Pharmacist Manual and MPJE Competency Statements published by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP).
