Many young Civil War soldiers valiantly fought for the confederacy - often starving, shoeless, bone tired, and pain drenched. John O'Shee was one of them. He died from exhaustion and disease from that brutal war. One of his deep longings was never to be forgotten. How might he tell his story of the loneliness and difficulties of those days in battle?
