A historical documentary of VF-201 / VFA-201 thirty seven years of existence , a Naval Reserve Fighter Jet Squadron based in North Texas that was decommissioned in 2007. They made history when they became the first U.S. Navy Reserve Fighter Squadron in Naval History to ever perform actual live combat missions during a Naval Reserve Fighter Squadrons unit mobilization into active duty service. They performed the SHOCK AND AWE initial Airstrikes into Northern Iraq during OIF in 2003 with CVWR-8 from the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) Aircraft Carrier off the coast of Turkey and Syria.
