In this book, he outlines a framework that defines the five key components of the project delivery process, the expected outcomes, and the risks involved. His advice will help you avoid pitfalls and keep your project on track. This edition places additional emphasis on the launch phase, the stage of project planning that bridges the strategic planning and design phases.
