The 2006 Cumulative Supplement includes the following updates: changes to individual state minimum wage rates, making them greater than the unchanged federal minimum wage; new rules pertaining to tip credit amounts resulting from state minimum wage increases; discussion of decisions finding certification appropriate or inappropriate for class actions pursued under state wage laws; new defenses to wage actions available, as in California, where corporate officers and directors cannot be personally liable under State Labor Code §1194
