Gilly the Goldfish is bored in his small fish bowl. He longs to explore somewhere exciting like the places he watches on The Travel Channel.

An unfortunate accident sends Gilly to the ocean. See-See, the Seahorse, rescues a seasick Gilly. Safely back in his fish bowl, Gilly knows there is no place like home.
