A Knowledge Management Approach to Drinking Water Utility Business

The primary goals of this project were to identify the facets of a Knowledge Management approach that are key to the water industry, create a working definition of KM for the industry, develop a working "best practice" bibliography highlighting case studies from outside the industry, and identify 5 to 10 additional candidate research projects that would further define the application of KM for the industry.
