The Introduction to Networking course introduces participants to the key concepts of data communications, telecommunications and networking. It provides a solid foundation of networking fundamentals and brings together the acronyms, protocols and components that are essential to understanding how today's networks operate. Upon completion, the participant will have a sound understanding of how information travels from a source computer to a destination computer across a complex network.
