Enlightened Dissent: A Leadership Methodology for Peace Building

The Enlightened Dissent Methodology is based on the premise that conflict is inherent to human interaction. Hence, conflict cannot be resolved, it can only be managed. Given this premise, the Enlightened Dissent Methodology does not attempt to reach "consensus," rather it promotes integrated solutions based on the understanding of the rationales behind differences. This is the story of one attempt to contribute to managing conflict in the longest civil war in the history of Central America.
