Alone With God

Writing always was a passion of mine, especially poetry. However, time passed, and writing was replaced by the busyness of life. One day, as I was reading my bible, and praying, the Holy Spirit impressed upon me to write. Each day I was inspired to write a love-song to God for thirty days. I'd also be lead to a bible verse that corresponded to the poem. That's why the verse appears at the bottom of the poem. The Thirty-Day Devotional is born from a deep love and reverence of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Our God is an awesome God. To each one he gives gifts and talents for his glory. He is never late, his wisdom and mercies are infinite toward all who believe the truth. My prayer is that all who encounter these poems will be lead to a deeper understanding of the love of God for all mankind.
