Late one evening in December of 1998, Kern received a commission from the Lord to teach God's sons and daughters what their rights, privileges and responsibilities are. The research and preparation, for his television teaching, on 'God's Operating System' has produced this book. Becoming born of the Spirit uses the same seed principle required for the propagation corn and cattle.
