Living In His Name: Applying John's Gospel

The apostle John referred to himself as, "the disciple whom Jesus loved." That describes one who lives in view of another's love...like a bride who takes the identity of her husband by taking his last name. So it should be with every Christian living in the name of Jesus. This book presents three fresh perspectives--- the "Way of Living Water," the "Witness of Truth," and the "I am Life" methods---John uses in his gospel to prove Jesus is the Christ who brings eternal life to the believer, and how that eternal life, with all its benefits, should be applied right now for Living in His Name, for God's purpose and glory here on earth. Living our lives in His name means living in the way Jesus lived, living in His truth, and living in His life of the Holy Spirit.
