Living Poems

I chose to write Living Poems because the reason why God gives talents to people is to proclaim the Gospel—that is to say to do missionary-like work. If a person uses his or her talents just for making money, he or she is actually making a big mistake in the eyes of God. Selfish use of talents is wrong and evil. So that is the true, authentic purpose or reason why I wrote the poems. I long to hear from the lips of our Lord Jesus, “Well done, thy good and faithful servant. You were faithful in little. I will place you in great honor. Enter into the joy of your Master.” During Judgment Day, all of us who should be saved will have to give and account to the Lord of our use of His talents or the Pound or Mina he has entrusted to us. We will also give an account of our use of our money. If we gave to God on a regular basis tithes and offerings, we will prosper. Otherwise, we will pay the penalty. That is just the way the cookie crumbles.
