Commercial Law: Selected Statutes, 2013-2014

This statutory collection covers major aspects of commercial law. The centerpiece is the Official Text and Comments of the Uniform Commercial Code, including the 2010 Amendments to Article 9 of the Code. The collection contains other materials, including the Federal Reserve Board's regulations implementing the Check 21 Act and selected provisions of the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Also included are selected provisions of the Bankruptcy and Internal Revenue Codes.
