Powers of Hinnla 1 (Lima's Prophecy)

Lima is just a thirteen-year-old girl living in poverty in a small fishing village. At least, that's what she believes. When a turn of events and strange dreams send her out into the world beyond her village, she begins to realize who, and what, she really is. Along the way, she uncovers many family secrets and discovers the truth about the awful past that she is destined to correct. She also gains the power to save everyone she loves, if she can just learn to use it.

About the Author:
Lily Nawara is a super-creative 12-year-old growing up in the far western suburbs of Chicago. She loves to participate in many different arts, but she especialy loves writing poetry and fantasy fiction. Lily has a disorder called PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Strep). PANDAS causes her to have motor tics and some obsessions and compulsions, but she does not let it get her down. Instead, she sees it as an opportunity to help educate others about having compassion and a will to succeed. Someday Lily would like to be a published author, a social worker, and a lawyer. Through this book she is accomplishing one of her goals.
