This is a collection of episodic stories written by a diagnosed bipolar man who, because of the revealing content, chooses to remain anonymous. His candidness leaves nothing to the imagination. He is truthful and honest with his feelings and the explanation of his actions. If the book had a rating, it would definitely be X. Actually, the language is very tame and conversational, just as if you were talking with him. However, there are some vulgarities included. Of course, not all bipolars are this graphic in their thoughts and imagery. Some are even more so. Reading this book may help bipolar people or those living with bipolar loved ones to understand that the condition is universal and that they are not alone in their bizarre thoughts that cause them to feel like--screaming at the top of their mind!
