A Green Kid's Guide to Organic Fertilizers (A Green Kid's Guide to Gardening!)

A Green Kid's Guide to Organic Fertilizers will teach students what fertilizers are, how to create compost, and how to feed worms and plants--all without harmful chemicals! A worm research project will give students a hands on activity to get them interested in gardening. Common Core and State Standards for life cycles, soil, measuring, observing, and reporting can all be connected to A Green Kid's Guide to Organic Fertilizers.
