Having experienced their first original Broadway hit show, the dancers of Centipede are given the opportunity to perform in Tokyo, Japan.

Myoshi Watanabe was pre-occupied. Every moment away from Chad was an impediment to their growing love. But how could she explain to her parents her love for an American performing artist? Worse, he lived in the U.S.; returning there at the end of Centipede s engagement. How could she live without him? She was well aware of her culture s tradition of matches with one of her own.
