Sarcoma: Symptoms, Causes and Treatments (Cancer Etiology, Diagnosis and Treatments)

Sarcomas are a group of rare malignant tumours that constitute less than 1 per cent of all cancers, arising from the mesenchymal system. About 80 per cent originate in soft tissue (muscle, nerves, joints, blood vessels, deep skin tissues, and fat), while the remainder originate in bone and cartilage. In this book, the authors present topical research on the symptoms, causes and treatments of sarcoma.
