Confronted with a diagnosis of lymphoma, Charlie Brown turned from his woefully inadequate, standard American diet toward wholeness in spirit, soul, and body by following God's way instead of his own. His story and his research since then have now culminated in "Fit for His Glory." Topics such as healthy food, the benefits of exercise and rest, detoxification, and the crucial, underlying need for a right relationship with God are supported by Scripture and experts on nutrition, disease, fitness, and Christian living.
