★★★★★While you now there will be "Happily Ever After", Inglath Cooper manages to keep her heroes and heroines interesting. They have their quirks, faults, and weaknesses, making them all the more likable. This is a great love story, where two people have to overcome challenges, and often themselves to find love in the end. I love how Inglath Cooper doesn't feel the need to over-do the sexuality, she makes her point and moves on. As all of her books that I've read, this is a great, well-written story.

So often it's as if the author is just wanting to be done with the story. That wasn't the case in this book. Unwinding the problems and finding more realistic solutions makes this book's conclusion so much better than the "true love solves everything" of the other books.

The author really delivered on this one, it kept me glued to the pages and is filled with the unexpected! Can't wait to read another one by Inglath Cooper!
