Judicial Review

"Judicial Review" covers the grounds for review, defences to an application and the remedies and procedures involved. This includes the cases stated, Article 40 inquiries (habeas corpus applications) and references to the European Court of Justice under Article 234 TEC. This is a rapidly developing area of the law and the scope of this work encompasses its many repercussions.
